3. Important Notes About Digital Products
Because all Viva Health products are instant digital downloads, we are unable to accept the "return" of a file itself — once downloaded, the file remains on your device. However, this does not affect your right to a refund. Our 30-day guarantee applies regardless, and we will still refund you in full if you are not satisfied.
We simply ask that refund requests are made in good faith. We trust our customers and we ask for that trust in return.
4. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:

- You contact us at the email address provided below
You may not be eligible for a refund if:
- Your request is made after 30 days from the purchase date
- The purchase was made through a third-party platform (please contact that platform directly)
5. Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, please allow:
- 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed on our end
- 5–10 business days for the amount to appear back on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card provider
6. Didn't Receive Your Download?
If you completed your purchase but did not receive your download link, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us immediately at contact@vivahealthguide.com and we will resend it right away. This is not a reason for a refund, we will always make sure you receive what you paid for.
